Customer can claim for Refund for the purchased Product(s) within 7 days from the date of receiving the Product(s). Physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) cases will only be considered if reported at the time of delivery. Amount of the Refund only covers the amount of Product(s) purchased.

We often receive discounts for purchasing inventory in volume. This discount means we can charge lower prices to customers at the retail level.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. All orders within Pandan are delivered same or next day excluding public holidays and weekends. Our delivery partner will contact you prior to the delivery to confirm availability. Delivery price may change according to the customer location.

For defective items supplied from the manufacturer, you will be eligible for an exchange, refund, coupon or voucher if the item(s) is returned within  7 days of the purchase date along with the e-payment confirmation. 

Notwithstanding any laws or otherwise, no exchange or refund will be made for non-defective, correctly delivered products.

Pricing errors - Although we do our best to ensure prices stated on this website are accurate, errors do occur from time to time. Where a pricing error occurs we will.
